This unique 7-string instrument (in case you need to know, usually there are 6) was built by Andy Manson, one of Britain's foremost luthiers. The extra string is a bottom A, extending the range, and adding a richness of sound colour. The title of the album was chosen because resonance is one of the powerful characteristics of this unique instrument

ALBUM NOTES
EASTMAS is a reworking of G. F. Handel's 'Tochter Zion, freue dich'. The original melody is traditionally sung in celebration of Christmas or Easter depending on your geographical location. Hedging bets with the title!
GRACE was one of those compositions born in a moment of heightened awareness.
MOTHERLES CHILD is an arrangement of the Negro Spiritual 'Sometimes I feel...'
BE is a musical exploration of personal identity and constants. The note B you hear at the start of the piece is present throughout, though at times so imperceptibly that it may be hard to believe. Some call it faith.
